We’re glad you’re here, but we also understand this is probably the last place you thought you would be when you first got married. Even though this may be a difficult step for you, we want you to know it’s a brave step. We also want to encourage you that it’s a step that can lead to greater clarity and wisdom on what to do about the hurtful or damaging things that are happening in your marriage. There is hope!

Step 1 — Assess Where You’re At

RFG Relationship Assessment Questionnaire

Every marriage has it’s problems and all marriages take work—to make them work! But a marriage shouldn’t have to be so hard that you loose a sense of who you are, or have to sacrifice your health, sanity, or safety. The RFG Quiz is designed to help you work through the tough questions of where you’re at in your marriage to know if you’re dealing with something more than just normal marital disputes.

>> Have healthier relationships.

>> Develop a closer walk with God as you heal and grow.

>> Identify stinky thoughts and overcome them.

>> Forgive what you can’t forget, so you can become free.

>> Set boundaries when relationships are difficult…and much more!

Step 3 — Create a Safe Support System

Step 4 — Begin to Heal & Thrive

It’s Time to Experience Joy & Peace Again

God desires for you, His daughter, to find safety, peace, and even joy in your life. He promises that as you begin this journey towards healing whether you decide to stay in your marriage or leave, that He will never leave you. His word says that He grieves when you grieve (Psalm 34:18), and that He hates abuse (Ephesians 5:11-13, Psalm 11:5). He also says that He loves the abused and deeply cares for your children (Psalm 10:17-18, Isaiah 49:25). No matter what anyone has told you, even your pastor, your counselor, your closest friend—God never condones abuse, nor expects His daughters to stay in unsafe places.
